My name is Ethan Lam. I’m a senior in high school in Southern California and an aspiring college golfer. Over the summer, I practiced 4-6 hours daily at Mesa Verde Country Club, working on my efficiency and swing. 

I am proud to say that I am self-taught. I have spent many hours on the driving range and was honored to be offered a varsity spot on my High School team in my sophomore year. As a student-athlete, I believe it is important to balance academics, health, family, and my passion for golf. My high school academic achievements include AP US History and maintaining a 3.98 GPA. 

I enjoy the competitive nature of golf and aspire to take my game to the next level. Given the opportunity, I know I will be a great addition to any team. I will bring leadership and determination and foster positive team morale. I am ready and excited for the challenge of playing college golf.
